Disappointingly, this rental experience has been far from pleasant due to a few major problems with Thrifty that delayed the whole process and, as I write this, have resulted in extra costs we didn’t expect.

The team at USRentacar in the UK is on it, trying to sort everything out, but honestly, I’m not planning to rent from Thrifty again after what I’ve been through.

It also makes me uneasy that USRentacar doesn’t work directly with car rental companies in the USA, and having a middleman just seems to drag out the resolution time.

Every time I ask for an update, I just get the same old line that it could take up to 60 days.

Every time I've utilized their services, I can't complain about the quality or the assistance. I've booked with them multiple times in Florida and have another reservation set for Atlanta.

Now, with the pandemic, we can't go anywhere, and the company shows no compassion for this unusual situation, refusing to return the deposit despite our inability to travel.

This kind of shortsightedness is bound to earn them some negative reviews.
